Put your damaged KaVo products into the KaVo BOX.
Take the form for your dispatch note that you have already printed (see step 1) and note the error for each instrument.

Pick-up and dispatch are free of charge.
Your product will be repaired directly at the KaVo, you will receive a quotation upon your request; If the repair costs below €100 we will not send out a quotation and just go ahead with the repair. KaVo repairs your product only if it is economically justified, otherwise you will get an alternative offer.
If the cost estimate is rejected by you, we charge a processing fee of 35 € plus VAT. This fee will be refunded if the alternative offer is accepted. In this case, please provide the number of the alternative offer.
We will return the repaired product to you. The dispatch is of no charge. The invoicing of the repair will be handled via your dental dealer.
